  evaluate the health of banks.  Ratings are available by phone for
  $15 per bank.  For $25 per bank, one-page summaries include grades
  (A+ through F), a definition of the rating, and brief comments on
  the strength and weaknesses in a bank's key areas.  More detailed
  reports, written to be understood by the average consumer, cost $45
  or three banks for $95.
