beam weapons. Excalibur was a weapon carried by missile not to exceed 30.000
feet AGL, not to deviate from designated target more than 50 meters, would pene-trate 1,000 meters of tufa hard packed soil such as that found in New Mexico,
would carry a one megaton warhead, and was intended for use in destroying the
