MOM 6 of 9 7. Associated Press Confirms MOM's Intl. Report of August 10, 1994 of heavy Russian equipment being brought into Mexico. AP report states: VERACRUZ, Mexico - "A shipment of military weap- ons, including armored vehicles, was unloaded here less than three weeks before a highly competitive presidential election that many fear could erupt in violence. Mexican journalists saw at least 23 armored vehicles or tanks being unloaded in this port city Thursday off the Russian-flagged vessel "Ulan Bator". Documents filed with port authorities showed the shipment comprised 200 to 300 tons of war material, including rifles and other long firearms." 8. A note on Canada: Milita, Manitoba, a town of approximately 800, normally has 3 RCMP's (Royal Canadian Mounted Police - Equivalent to the U.S. FBI). Just recently they have had an additional 12 more assigned to this quiet Canadian town. Shilo military base near Brandon, Manitoba was taken over by West Germans. CFB Waynewright has UN troops stationed there. As of October 1, 1993 a long list of weapons was to be disposed of, surrendered or deactivated-without confiscation. 33 shotguns, rifles and handguns made up a list of weapons to be destroyed. 9. A letter from Wyoming of which we should all take heed: "A computer has been added to the long distance system at Casper, WY. This computer is one which randomly searches all long distance lines, searching for key words, i.e. Clinton, the president, Hillary, militia, arms, ammunition, stash, cache, group, etc. Key words cause a lock on, and the number calling, and number is recorded, along with the conversation. Once a week, that recording on hard drive is downloaded to Washington for study. This...confirmed beyond doubt." (Ed. Note: See "Taking Aim," issue 1, volume 1. We reported on BBC Television Report on computers used for the above purpose.) "3. We just had a primary election, and I am glad to report that we now have candidates who will support militia activity, both at the state and the county level. (Republican) I am well acquainted with them and you can believe in this. (Ed. Note: Beware of state sanctioning. We suggest recogni- tion only.) "4. It had been rumored, suspected for some time that the Federal Government had some means of telling how much money you had on your person. (My son, a dealer in Texas knew about this too.) One day, not long ago, my son's business partner, while at home, decided it would be better to have gold and silver than cash in his home safe. He opened his safe, took out $5,600.00 (five thousand, six hundred dollars) in $100.00 bills, put them in his inside jacket pocket, and drove down his lane to the highway, toward the big city. Driving at 55 mph he noticed a Highway Patrol with lights flashing, motioning him to pull over. The officer had on plain clothes, but showed I.D. and was driving a standard marked car. The old gentleman was asked for D.L., then registration, then proof of insurance. And by this time he was upset and said 'Officer, do I have a brake light out? I wasn't driving over the limit, so why did you stop me?' Officer replied, 'You are carrying nearly $6,000.00 and we wanted to see if you were into the dope trade.' Old gentleman said, 'As long as I haven't violated any laws, I am driving away from here, and you can go to hell!' (He had not discussed his actions with anyone!) Another person in Casper, WY, a friend of mine, had a similar experience." (Ed. Note: Don't you feel safe knowing that you're being looked after so well? I know I don't.) FEMA & THE MILITIA by J. B. Campbell This militia support group was formed to help create a feeling of solidarity and camaraderie among all militia units in this huge country. It has been our practice to encourage all militiamen in their efforts to liberate our nation from the mutineers who have siezed power in Washington, D. C. Some of us are at different levels of awareness with regard to the threat posed by the mutineers and we in the Militia of Montana have no wish to pass judgment on the efforts of others in our struggle. Any participation in any aspect of the militia or militia support requires the utmost in courage and dedication. Furthermore, it is only to be expected that the enemy within would see the rise of the militia as the worst possible threat and then he would take any and all measures to destroy us. A well used weapon for our destruction has been the creation of phony groups which claim similar goals and views as ours. The naive and gullible among us are attracted by the rhetoric and wind up in, at best, a do- nothing club or, at worst, prison. An example of the latter we should recall the trick used by the Bolshevik secret police (Cheka) in the early days of the Red Revolution. Most Russians were anti-communist and their resistance movements threatened overthrow of the conspirators. (Continued)
