SANDY: Atar, can you explain implants to me and their purposes? ATAR : Here it deals with "which" kind of implant we are talking about. Your's, the one in the back of your neck is..... like a . It is coded by our species to distinguish you from other species. There is a number that is encoded into it and a lower species cannot override it. It is not only a numbering system but also a form of communication between you and us, but is also capable of taking your thoughts and emotions and transferring them to us for us to be able to understand the concepts and realities that you have. In your instance the implant occurred while you were young. Your earth youths have not yet developed belief patterns and are much easier to work with. This is also why we ask you to gather information and much knowledge, to give us a better understanding of your actions and ways. SANDY: But why would you want to brand/implant me? ATAR : It was your decision at that time. SANDY: MY decision? How could it be? I wasn't even old enough to make decisions? ATAR : Your age in Earth years as nothing to do with your soul age. It was out of a pact made prior to your incarnation. SANDY: Boy that's comforting to know. I make decisions to be cut on before I'm born. ATAR : You were NOT cut on. There was no cutting to the implantation. SANDY: So why did you implant me with your coding or whatever you say it was? ATAR : During the pact made between us, it was understood the negative entities that exist on Earth and it was protection for you. SANDY: Great. That's all I needed to hear. I don't understand this pact stuff, could you explain it more? ATAR : That has already been discussed on incarnations previously. I suggest you review the lesson. SANDY: Review! That's seems that's all I ever get done doing. What causes the rash on the back of my neck then? ATAR : The what you call rash, is a reaction to the implant (your words, not ours) because of the thought patterns you are having at that moment it is working more than normal and it is counter- reacting. SANDY: And why do I reject the implant or is it counter- reacting? ATAR : This is a human flaw that we have yet to understand in your genetic make-up. It can be removed if you desire. SANDY: And what would happen if you removed it? Could we no longer communicate? ATAR : Since we have communicated many times in the past, it is not necessary, more of a convenience at this time. You may have it removed if you wish. The procedure is not harmful. SANDY: Let me think about it first. If you remove it does that mean that lower forms of life can harm me? ATAR : There is always the possibility, however I think you have the strength to fight them. It just ensures that you don't have to deal with them. So do you wish us to remove it now? SANDY: No!
