An abundance of leaks and disclosures related to UFO reality are occurring this year. The following twenty-one events are but a sample of recent developments which are leading towards public disclosure of UFO reality in 1997, and an anticipated semi-public Landing of ET emissaries.
1. On January 30, WRFX-FM, Charlotte, North Carolina featured an interview with a NASA scientist, Dr. Norman Bergrun. His book, The Ring-Makers of Saturn, reveals that NASA's Voyager I (1980) and II space-probes of Saturn's rings took photographs of an estimated 7000-mile-long cylindrical (cigar-shaped) craft orbiting in the rings. Dr. Bergrun said that ports emitting ringmaking debris could actually be seen in the side of these huge spacecraft. Confirming data was published in the February issue of Science News (V. 149, No. 5, p.71), which reported that the Hubble Space Telescope photographed a large cylindrical "satellite" orbiting Saturn's rings in one photograph, which disappeared in a follow-up photograph. Two other very big and very bright orbiting objects were photographed May 22 and August 10, 1995, but had disappeared from orbit by November 21, 1995.
Dr. Bergrun dubbed the craft EMVs, electromagnetic vehicles. They are truly machines on a planetary scale. A small EMV measures in length from California to London. Large EMVs are on the scale of one and one-half Earths. When asked why NASA had not managed to get a photograph of these craft previously, Dr. Bergrun said that "they have a tendency to hide." The NASA scientist said that it appears that the giant craft is doing something, possibly laying down or taking up Saturn's rings. One photo shows an EMV emitting a lightning bolt six miles wide and 470 miles long. When asked why NASA and other governmental agencies haven't released this information before, Dr. Bergrun answered that the 1958 Space Act states that the public will not be informed regarding results of space photos and data, if it is determined that such data poses a threat; and that a craft this huge would have been considered a threat and deemed to have great military significance. Thus, it would fall under "top black-budget military intelligence agencies."
[Operation Right To Know, a civilian organization dedicated to ending the UFO cover-up, has relayed a report that a military-intelligence agency now controls NASA.]
2. Three days before the U.S. Fourth of July, 1996, the Japanese were scheduled to declare Independence Day from the U.S. Government's UFO Cover-Up, and release the facts of UFO reality and extraterrestrial visitation to their people. On July 1, Japan's Hakui City Municipal Government was scheduled to open a multi-million-dollar Cosmos UFO Museum, created with federal government funds. NATO/SHAPE Command Sgt.-Major Bob Dean was invited to address the opening ceremonies crowd. Dean was convinced to come when the Japanese officials told him that the Museum contains, among other evidence, physical artifacts from UFO crash retrievals, and proof of extraterrestrial corpses found. But in mid-June Dean learned that the Japanese were not going to put the UFO artifacts and evidence of ET corpses on display. In an apparent quid pro quo, the Japanese Government was granted generous trade concessions by the U.S.
3. In January, 1996, a new series of leaks began, the sum of which constituted official government admission that UFOs exist and extraterrestrials are within our solar system.
Stage #1 was the wire service reports (January, 1996) that the CIA had for decades used Department of Defense remote-viewers (RVers) (clairvoyants) to spy on various intelligence targets of interest, (such as locating Saddam Hussein's hideout during the Gulf War.)
Stage #2 was the February, 1996 publication of a revealing book, Cosmic Voyage, by Courtney Brown, Ph.D., Emory University professor and military intelligence-trained remote-viewer. Professor Brown's book reveals that remote viewers in the Defense Intelligence Agency/National Security Agency/Army Intelligence and Security Command, (such as Major Ed Dames, General William "Bert" Stubblebine, and Col. John Alexander,) broadened their viewing targets to focus on extraterrestrials visiting Earth, including a humanoid Martian race and a spindly "Grey" extraterrestrial race, whom RVers psychically followed back to home planet and observed there.
A Washington, D.C. informant I call "Beltway Throat" reports that Major Dames, Dr.Brown's trainer, provided RV briefings to U.S. Congress members as early as 1986. The briefings involved future events which had been spied upon by Department of Defense remote-viewers. Reported among dignitaries being briefed was Senator, now Defense Secretary, William Cohen.
Stage #3 is the current flood of "leaks" by former Army, Air Force, NASA, Intelligence, and defense contractor insiders, the sum of which constitute an indirect public admission by government that it has amassed impressive details about UFOs and our extraterrestrial visitors.
4. Awareness of visitation by extraterrestrial intelligences has become internationally widespread. The former Acting Surgeon-General of Finland, Rauni Kilde, M.D. convened the First Scandinavian Conference on Extraterrestrial Intelligence and the Human Future, November 9-10, 1996 in Helsinki, Finland. Invited speakers include: a Finnish government official, Colin Andrews, Drs. John Mack, Steven Greer, Leo Sprinkle, Mohammed Ramadan, Bob Dean, and Dr. Kilde.
At a December, 1995 international congress in Nevada, Dr. Kilde talked about attending arecent conference in Switzerland, where she heard a German astronaut speak. Dr. Kilde also made the startling revelation that "we go to the Moon all the time since 1972," the year when the Apollo Moon Program ended. She has also heard from European astronauts that secret launchings into space happen semi-weekly.
5. April 19, 1996 on NBC, Apollo astronaut Edgar Mitchell was interviewed on the Dateline program. Mitchell said that he has been in contact with officials in the U.S. and USSR governments who told him that: 1) extraterrestrials are real; 2) they are here on Earth; 3) the government has some of their technology; and 4) that extraterrestrials have talked to a few government officials.
On May 7, 1996, fellow Apollo astronaut Gordon Cooper also gave an interview on Paramount Television network in which he revealed that in 1957, when he was an Air Force Colonel at Edwards Air Force Base in California, he headed a camera crew filming a plane landing gear test. Before the plane could land, a UFO swooped down and rested on the landing strip on three tripod legs. The UFO sat there a while as the Air Force camera was rolling. Then the craft took off up into the sky. The shocked Air Force camera crew brought the film to EAFB headquarters, where commanding officers viewed the film. It was then shipped off to Washington, DC. Nothing has been heard about the film since. Astronaut Cooper also stated that there was a government cover-up about UFOs. Cooper went further in an interview published January 17, 1996 [National Enquirer], in which he reported that a fellow Air Force officer, stationed at Roswell Army Air Field, made it clear to him "that what crashed was a craft of alien origin, and members of the crew were recovered."
In subsequent conversation with a Washington informant, "Beltway Throat", I learned that the informant had discussed astronaut Edgar Mitchell's NBC interview with the CIA's top expert on UFOs. The CIA man said that Mitchell's revelations "were expected" and that "they were part of the [Government's Acclimation Program] Plan." The CIA official said that if the matter came to the President, the President "could say he talked to aliens." CIA-man also let planted some disinformation from Shadow Government sources about a supposed secret extraterrestrial landing and meeting in Spring, 1997 with a gathering of world leaders in the American Southwest, allegedly near White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico, to be followed by other public, televised extraterrestrial meetings in 1997. I emphasize that the above CIA "leak" is disinformation.
It should not be confused with a genuine formal Landing and Meeting between extraterrestrial emissaries and one or more civilian Earth representation teams. This information comes from the extraterrestrials (via reports from experiencers), from experiencer-remote viewers and from former military and intelligence sources, all of which converge on the conclusion that 1997 will be the year that public disclosure of UFO reality occurs. And 1997 will be the year the Space Visitors make an actual formal semi-public landing, but not at White Sands Missile Range.
6. Among documents recently obtained from the White House under the Freedom of Information Act is an interesting piece of correspondence between former Naval Intelligence Commander and Human Potential Foundation director Scott Jones, Ph.D. and White House Presidential Science Advisor John Gibbons, Ph.D. In a February 17, 1994 letter, following up on a February 4 White House meeting between Laurance Rockefeller, Dr. Jones, and Dr. Gibbons, Scott Jones wrote:
"Whatever Roswell [UFO crash revelation] turns out to be, it is only the opening round. I urge you to take another look at the UFO Matrix of Belief that I provided you last year. My mention of mind-control technology at the February 4 meeting was quite deliberate. Please be careful about this. There are reasons to believe that some governmental group has interwoven research about this [mind-control] technology with alleged UFO phenomena. If that is correct, you can expect to run into early resistance when inquiring about UFOs, not because of the UFO subject, but because that has been used to cloak research and applications of mind-control activity."
In this letter Commander Jones is informing Science advisor Gibbons that the biggest resistance to ending the UFO Cover-Up is coming from a rogue, unauthorized, treasonous private cover-up organization, which does not answer to the President or Congress, and which has kidnaped innocent experiencer civilians, drugged and hypnotized them, in some instances abused and raped them, all while seeking to extract information that the ETs gave those experiencers. The rogue Cover-Up organization then practices mind-control techniques on these civilians to convince them that they were kidnaped by aliens.
7. According to a poll released by Newsweek magazine June 30, 1996, nearly half of all Americans think that the government is hiding proof of UFOs from the public. The poll found that 48 percent of those interviewed believed that the Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) which people report seeing are real. Forty-nine percent thought that the government was hiding information on the subject. One in eight said that they personally had seen objects which they thought were UFOs. After NASA announced life on Mars, a Harris poll conducted in August reflected that the proportion of Americans who believe there is intelligent life elsewhere in the universe swelled to 53%.
8. A report by Peter Sorenson states that on June 17, 1996 at England's ancient Alton Barnes site, a spectacular crop circle appeared. This enormous crop design 648 feet in length consisted of a "double helix", twin DNA-like strands made from 89 circles of varying sizes.
Three weeks later on July 8, south of the famous Stonehenge monolithic monument, an elaborate crop circle appeared, comprised of a series of Julia sets. The crop design was 900 feet in length and 300 feet wide. The Julia Set is a pictorial representation of fractal mathematical relationships within a Mandelbrot set, related to Chaos Theory. This crop design appeared during a thirty-minute period between two fly-overs by planes in the area.
9. It is my analysis that the beginning of the end of official government's UFO Cover-Up occurred August 7, 1996, the day a well-orchestrated NASA press conference announced that evidence for life on Mars had been discovered, closely followed by remarks by President Clinton and Carl Sagan. The President called the NASA announcement a major event in our history. Dr. Carl Sagan, prestigious astrophysicist and a former skeptic about evidence for extraterrestrial life, labeled the NASA announcement as representing a paradigm shift in our understanding of our place in the universe. Given the ambiguous evidence which NASA trumpeted to the world, it appears that the actual significance of this globally-hyped announcement was not so much about evidence of life on Mars, but that the attention of everyone in the country and the world was being focused on the fact of extraterrestrial life.
Six days later on August 13, NASA made an announcement that reconnaissance spacecraft pictures indicated that conditions favorable for life existed on Jupiter's moon Europa. The President announced that there will be an intensified effort immediately to explore Mars and search for further signs of life, in view of this striking evidence.
Then, in the first week of November, British scientists announced that they have examined a different Martian meteorite, and have discovered signs of life only 600,000 years old, geologically-speaking yesterday. Lifeforms alive 600,000 years ago are probably still alive today.
During the NASA life-on-Mars announcement, the President also announced that he was convening a Space Conference around the end of 1996, to look at what America's objectives should be for space in light of this new evidence of extraterrestrial life. Within a week, two Mars explorer craft were in place at Cape Canaveral being prepared for launch.
After the November 5th Presidential and Congressional elections were over, the Administration proceeded with holding a private symposium for scientists in early November. The topic was extraterrestrial life. That same month the administration convened a public Symposium on November 22, 1996 at George Washington University, Washington, D.C., entitled "Life In The Universe". The public symposium dealt with public response to the government's announcement of life on Mars, and the "cultural, intellectual, theological and policy implications" of extraterrestrial life. Following these scientific and public Symposia, on December 11, 1996, Vice-President Gore presided over an Administration Space Briefing, at which prestigious National Academy of Science scientists and Protestant and Catholic theologians [Rev. Joan Campbell and Father Paul Manage] participated. They discussed what America's objectives in space should be in view of the discovery of extraterrestrial life. At the December 11 Briefing NASA Administrator Dan Goldin focused emphasis on NASA's astrobiology studies. The 18 National Academy of Science scientists briefed the Vice-President on the prospects of finding life beyond the Earth. The President's Science and Technology Advisor, Dr. Jack Gibbons, said that the December 11th Briefing was in preparation for an upcoming Presidential Space Summit. The plans will drawn up for NASA to examine how life evolves throughout the universe, the Origins Project.
10. On September 24th, an informant in Stockton, CA, provided this researcher information from a bank officer who deals with the financial transactions of high-level military officers. One of the military officers told her that around March, 1996, "we achieved a breakthrough." That breakthrough was the harnessing of a new technology involving antimatter. This antimatter technology allows the military to fly out well into space without rocket fuel. It is further made clear that this technology is being used on secret aerospace projects, through remarks made to CSETI Director Dr. Steven Greer by Ben Rich, former head of the giant Lockheed-Martin aeronautics corporation and "black aerospace/astronautics projects" developed at its Skunk Works. Ben Rich told Dr. Greer that "We already have the technology to 'move among the stars,' and what a shame that such breakthroughs are being hidden from humanity."
11. On October 18th a Washington informant told me that Dr. Ron Pandolfi, head the CIA's UFO desk and he have been meeting with Christopher Straub, staff member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, and Robert Park of the American Physical Society to discuss working on the top leadership of the National Science Foundation to have their scientists take UFOs and the extraterrestrial presence seriously. The National Science Foundation is the point of communication between the government and the scientific community, and keeps scientists apprized of public interests. Intelligence agency analysis has concluded that the two groups in this country who will have the greatest difficulty in accepting UFOs and extraterrestrials are religious fundamentalists and scientists. The NSF will be used to prepare scientists for accepting UFOs and ETs as legitimate subjects of scientific inquiry and discussion. The task force is also discussing the metaphysical and theological implications of coming public extraterrestrial visitation.
12. The late astronomer and former sceptic, Carl Sagan, writing in the September-October issue of the Planetary Society magazine just before he died, stated that we should not be surprised if, when we get to Mars, we find life there, and even signs there had been intelligent life!
13. On November 8th, three days after the Presidential Election, I received two reports that an interview took place on national network television featuring a physicist and former employee of Naval Intelligence. The physicist stated that he had been aboard a UFO, that he had studied the propulsion system, and that the analysis had taken place at S-4 (a super-secret underground installation 12 miles south of Area 51 at the northeast corner of the Nevada Test Range).
14. On November 29th, NASA revealed to the British Broadcasting company that NASA is preparing to land men on Mars, that NASA has already set up a "secret team of scientists" to make preparations, and that we can land men on Mars in "eight years or less," depending on when Congress gives NASA approval.
15. Additional developments appear to be corroborating the analysis that those who are running the government's public Acclimation Program are moving into the final testing stages. On the night of January 16 around 2:30 a.m., CNN News carried a news story that a female Air Force Major with Top Secret clearance had taken classified UFO documents and was prepared to show them to Denver news media. This news report was never repeated on CNN, and efforts by researchers extract further elaboration out of CNN have met with claimed ignorance of the report. On January 22 around 8 p.m. PST, CNN carried a story that a UFO had landed at Elmwood, Wisconsin, and that a CNN news crew was being dispatched to Elmwood to cover the story. The next day CNN replied to investigator inquiries that the story had resulted from a plane crash and the all that was left was a wing! Those familiar with major journalism organizations know that it is not their normal practice to broadcast unchecked stories.
16. Our extraterrestrial visitors are not idle either. Apparently they have begun a campaign of "outing" the governmental cover-up of UFO reality by systematically overflying the capitals of increasing numbers of nations. The semi-permanent flap of UFOs over Mexico City started in July, 1991. Overflights followed in August above Alma Ata, capital of Kazakhstan (former USSR). But early in 1996, the ETs began a campaign of flying over national capitals worldwide: New Delhi, India, Lima, Peru, Beijing, China; and since July, over Brasilia, Brazil (August 22), Pretoria, South Africa (August 29), Tel Aviv, Israel (September 7), Amman, Jordan (September 8), Canberra, Australia (late September), London, England (September through October), Seoul, South Korea (November 22), and Bogota, Columbia (December 13, with UFO videotape by an Air Force Corporal shown on national television).
On August 29, 1996, South African newspaper reported the UFO overflight above Pretoria with the following details. At 3:45 a.m. Sgt. Johan Becker of the Pretorian suburb of Centurion spotted a UFO flying over his nation's capital, and called for backup. The craft he saw was a disc which radiated bright green tentacles of light. The disc moved northeast as backup police car units arrived. Eventually squad cars from all over the capital converged and followed the UFO. At 5:30 a.m. a police helicopter arrived, and the disc moved north rapidly. Air Police Sergeant Fred Valjean said it outran his helicopter with ease. He broke off the chase a 9000' altitude, as the disc sped away.
The September 22, 1996, edition of the Jordan Times reported an interview with the Minister of Information of Jordan, Marwan Muasher, concerning UFOs over his nation's capital. Mr. Muasher said the he "cannot explain what I have seen."
In 1997, UFOs continue their program of flying over other capitals: Rome, Italy (January 6), Santiago, Chile (February 9), Washington, DC (April 3, night), Singapore (April 18), Vilnius, Lithuania (may 13), Paris, France (May 31), and Manila, Philippines (June 3).
We can only wonder what will happen when a squadron of UFOs parks in the daytime sky over a major American city. Surely such an open appearance will spell the end of the UFO Cover-Up. It will also mark for us the beginning of a new and cosmic chapter in our history.
17. On April 9, 1997, CSETI, a civilian UFO research organization, brought to Washington, DC, 20 first-hand government witnesses to UFO/ET events. These government UFO witnesses spanned from the early 1950s to the 1990s, and represented events and/or projects observed while these witnesses were in the Air Force, Army, Navy, NASA, private industry and intelligence operations. They were in Washington to give a closed, confidential briefing for members of Congress, congressional staff, White House staff, military leaders and other Washington leaders. This briefing was designed to present the best scientific evidence and witness testimony to establish UFO and extraterrestrial reality, and to specifically ask for open congressional hearings on UFO reality.
Present for the briefings on April 9 were more than two dozen congressional offices, along with several VIPs from the Executive branch, the Pentagon, representatives of the Dutch Embassy, the National Academy of Sciences, two state Governor's offices and others. Among those coming to listen were staff from influential key committee members of Congress. Testimony was given by Apollo astronaut Mitchell, Dr. Greer, and a dozen other prime government-insiders.
Among those witnesses was Stephen Lovekin, a lawyer from North Carolina who worked with a Top Secret security clearance in the Pentagon during President Eisenhower's White House term during the '50s as a trained cryptologist, and was the military aide who regularly briefed President Eisenhower on UFO evidence and developments. The former military-intelligence official said that Eisenhower became angrier throughout his Presidency, because he was being shut out of the loop about "black technology", reverse-engineered from captured extraterrestrial devices. Lovekin testified that in the basement of the Pentagon, he was shown UFO metal from a downed ET craft, and saw apparent "hieroglyphic"-type ET writing on the metal.
Another expert who testifying under oath to the gathered Congressional and White House officials was rocket scientist David Adair, a NASA consultant. At a subsequent Pasadena, CA lecture, Adair stated that he could back up Lovekin's report, because in June, 1971 he himself was taken 20 stories underground at Area 51 to help figure out how an extraterrestrial engine taken from a UFO worked. On the engine cowling were the identical "hieroglyphic"-like ET symbols which he later saw Lovekin display at the Congressional briefing. Adair said that they eventually identified the UFO device as an electromagnetic fusion-containment engine. CSETI insiders have suggested that Adair's Pasadena statements differ from his Washington testimony.
Dr. Greer has learned that one-third of the policy cabal controlling UFO information, a group variously known as MJ-12 and PI-40, wish public disclosure of UFO reality, while the rest do not support such initiative. Additionally, eight National Security insiders, including Navy and Air Force intelligence officers, told Dr. Greer that Star Wars weapons are being used to destroy UFOs approaching Earth.
Donna [Tietze] Hare, a former subcontractor in the photo labs of the Johnson Space Center in Houston, reported that she saw one NASA technician air-brush out from a space satellite photo a UFO clearly visible in broad daylight, and "that it was done routinely," according to her NASA colleague. Other military witnesses gave dramatic testimony about more recent UFO/ET events in the Atlantic Command under Admiral Trane "that had the place in chaos for several hours." Still others described events at numerous Air Force bases, including a senior military intelligence officer's report of "an alien being shot at the end of the runway at McGuire AFB, and later removed by a C-41 Transport plane flown in from Wright Patterson AFB to retrieve the body."
Additional testimony ranged from a world-renown astronomer who was present when an apparent extraterrestrial signal was received at the Harvard observatory (SETI) deep space listening facility, to a Navy employee with a top secret clearance who was present in 1981 during a major encounter off the eastern seaboard, which was tracked by satellite, radar, and chased by military planes with a resulting clear daytime photograph of the UFO, to a high-ranking officer whose team tracked a massive UFO that traveled the length of the U.S. coast in a single sweep of radar screen. At the briefing photographic and video evidence was presented of the military not only tracking but also recovering downed UFOs and their ET occupants. Congressional staff were shown samples of material which levitates when placed in an electric field, and told that a government expert has certified that the material is not of Earth origin.
The following evening April 10 news media were given a similar briefing, which included reporters from The Washington Post Writer's Group, US News & World Report, The Boston Globe, The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), WTNH-TV, an ABC affiliate in New Haven, CT, United Press International, Strange Universe TV and other invited guests. A producer from CBS' "60 Minutes" and USA Today were briefed prior to the event.
According to Dr. Greer, "there are more than 100 other witnesses -- some who would need protection to testify under oath to Congress, most of whom are ready to tell their stories before they die." The CSETI witnesses plan to follow up with Congressional leaders and staff to facilitate the educational and networking process needed to realize open Congressional hearings on this subject.
In a parallel and complementary effort, the CSETI team is working with contacts to other nations and the UN to facilitate an open symposium on the subject at the UN in the near future. Dr. Greer will not be dissuaded by any governmental stonewalling. He says, "Unless there are positive results from these efforts within a reasonable amount of time, it is our intent to move forward with a civilian disclosure process independent of any governmental involvement." If Congress does not permit Hearings by Fall, then the CSETI group will hold a massive televised press conference with all the official witnesses, broadcast worldwide. He announced that Larry King and other media persons have said that they will help with a civilian public media event involving disclosure of UFO reality and extraterrestrial contact.
18. Colonel Philip J. Corso, U.S.A. (ret.) in late June, 1997 made startling revelations in a new book, The Day After Roswell and in an interview on NBC's Dateline. Colonel Corso's background includes being an intelligence officer on General Douglas MacArthur's staff during the Korean War; member of the President Eisenhower's National Security Council; head of Foreign Technology in Army Research and Development at the Pentagon in the early 1960s, where he was in charge of the Roswell Files, the cache of UFO parts and information which "an Army retrieval team ... pulled out of the wreckage of a flying disk that had crashed outside the town of Roswell in the New Mexico desert in the early-morning darkness during the first week of July 1947."; retired from the Army in 1963 with nineteen medals and ribbons; then served as National Security specialist staff to U.S. Senators James Eastland and Strom Thurmond.
Col. Corso tells that in July, 1947 there were five extraterrestrials, 4-1/2 feet tall with greyish-brown skin, four-fingered hands and oversized hairless heads, found at the Roswell UFO crash site, two of them still alive. One tried to run away and was shot by nervous soldiers. The other was still alive but dying when he arrived in the back of an Army truck at Roswell Army Air Field. He was Post Duty Officer at Fort Riley, Kansas in 1947, the night a shipment of Roswell artifacts arrived from Fort Bliss. Colonel Corso examined the shipment, which included one of the dead extraterrestrials preserved in a thick light-blue liquid. The shipment was destined for what is now called Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Corso speaks about serving in President Eisenhower's National Security Council, and seeing the memos about the Roswell incident and the "goods" retrieved from it.
Colonel Corso divulges how he spearheaded the Army's supersecret reverse-engineering project that "seeded" extraterrestrial technology at American corporations such as IBM, Hughes Aircraft, Bell Labs, and Dow Corning - without their knowledge. He describes the devices found aboard the Roswell craft, and how they became the precursors for today's integrated circuit chips, fibre optics, lasers, night-vision equipment, super-tenacity fibers (such as Kevlar plastic armor), and classified discoveries, such as psychotronic devices that can translate human thoughts into signals that control machinery, Stealth aircraft technology, and Star Wars particle-beam devices. He also discusses the role that extraterrestrial technology played in shaping geopolitical policy and events; how it helped the United States surpass the Russians in space; spurred elaborate Army initiatives such as SDI (Star Wars Projects), Project Horizon (to place a military base on the Moon), and HARP; and ultimately brought about the end of the Cold War.
Colonel Corso also said that captured UFOs were/are kept at Norton, Edwards and Nellis (Area 51) Air Force Bases. He said a UFO Working Group was set up by President Truman in September, 1947, a group some call MJ-12, and that it has functioned ever since. In the 1950s two crude prototypes of antigravity craft were constructed, but were powered by crude human nuclear fission generators, and were inefficient and leaked radiation. He says that the Star Wars program was always primarily to prepare for war against the extraterrestrials in case of invasion.
Corso was one of the ultraconservative Cold Warriors who continually feared a Communist takeover. The military and political groups he allied with adopted the same outlook on the extraterrestrial Visitors, fearing them as some invasion force that had to be repulsed by a crash program of back-engineering Star Wars weapons from captured UFO technology. His reactionary Strom Thurmond conservatism, lumping extraterrestrials with Communists as insidious potential invaders, distorts his otherwise clear and factual portrayal of events in the decades after Roswell.
19. A further glimpse into the military's secretive obsession with UFO technology was provided by Colonel Steve Wilson, U.S. Air Force (ret.), former head of Project Pounce, an elite Air Force/National Reconnaissance Organization Special Forces unit which retrieves downed UFOs. Colonel Wilson reports that "the first successful U.S. antigravity flight took place July 18, 1971 at S-4, Dreamland [Area 51], wherein light bending capabilities were also demonstrated to obtain total invisibilities. Present at this flight were notables such as Admiral [Bobbie Ray] Inman [former National Security Agency director], who is now head of SAIC [Science Applications International, Incorporated] in San Diego, CA, which makes the antigravity drives."
Colonel Wilson also revealed that the recent announcement by Lockheed about an unmanned, electric-propulsion reconnaissance unit with short wings named "Dark Star" was actually a "cover" project. The exotic technology being concealed is the real Dark Star, designated the X-22A, and manufactured by the Lockheed Skunk Works at Helendale, CA. This Dark Star is an operational, two-man, wingless antigravity craft. I saw this UFO-copycat antigravity craft in test flight at Area 51 in 1992. Its metallic airframe in flight is obscured by an intense bluish-white light, which pulsates off and on at about two-second intervals. During the phase where the intense light is off, the craft frame disappears from optical view, (and NOT just because its light was off), then reappears several hundred yards distant horizontally in the lit mode. Does that mean that this craft travels by small jumps through hyper-space? Gravity does bend space-time. The U.S. also flies discs which glow an intense golden-orange during flight, made by Northrop Aerospace at their secret facility northeast of Lancaster, CA, where I saw them test-flown in 1992. Colonel Wilson says the military began publicly flying their enormous Black Triangle antigravity craft, back-engineered from extraterrestrial UFOs, on January 3, 1994.
Several sources state that the McDonnell-Douglas, Lockheed-Martin and Northrop antigravity plants are connected underground by a superfast tunnel shuttle system with Area 51 and other sensitive underground installations. Colonel Wilson says that the system, where magnetically-levitated trains zip through almost vacuum tubes, is called TAUSS, Trans-America Underground Subway System. The tunnels are excavated by nuclear Subterrenes, which can burn through rock and create six miles of tunnel per day.
The Colonel also furnishes the answer to the mystery "black helicopters" spotted around so-called "cattle mutilation" sites. These aren't your ordinary helicopters, but yet another U.S. antigravity craft, designated the XH-75D or "XH Shark", made by Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical Corporation of San Diego. He says that many of these XH-75Ds were assigned to the Delta/National Reconnaissance Organization Division which retrieves downed UFOs. That Division is also implicated in mutilating cattle as psychological warfare on the American public, to try to get us to fear and hate extraterrestrials through assuming that ETs cut up the cattle.
Finally, Colonel Wilson states that a supersecret mobile unit within Delta Force, the National Reconnaissance Organization, is deployed with the Equalizer, an exotic-looking electromagnetic-pulse six-foot-long, one-foot diameter cannon mounted on a pedestal on the back of a military truck which is used to shoot down UFOs using low-frequency pulsed microwave energy. The Equalizer is built by LTV, Ling-Temco-Vought, at Anaheim, CA.
Antigravity technology is limitedly international. Russia is reported to have its own anti-gravity vehicles. And Paul Stonehill, a respected Russian UFO investigator, reports that the Russians in April, 1988 started using space-time-bending antigravity technology to do time travel!
In June, 1997, a Washington, DC-area intelligence "cut-out", who has been quite reliable, passed on information that China now has acquired antigravity technology. A world-class UFO/ ET research professional has additionally provided me information that a renegade group in Japan also possesses antigravity technology. He reports that the possession of such extreme technology, [which besides ultrafast deployment, also involves radar and optical invisibility, and potentially time travel capabilities,] by a sometimes-hostile Asian superpower such as China destabilizes the West's military edge.
The China development also has implications for impeding the public acknowledgment of UFO reality by the U.S. Government. The connection is thus.
Within the highest levels of military and intelligence leadership are ultra-conservative cliques of Generals and Intelligence officials, who are still virulently fearful of Communist takeover, and who are reactionary fundamentalist religionists. They view China's advances in research and development to the point of antigravity technology competency as representing a clear and present danger to U.S. military hegemony in the world. Further, they fear that revelations of Chinese government attempts to secretly make contributions to American political campaigns represents an attempt to exercise an eventual Communist takeover of America.
These right-wing Generals and Intelligence officials thus seek to block any public acknowledgment by the government of UFO reality, because world acknowledgment of extraterrestrial visitation and antigravity technology (UFOs) would permit China to openly display its antigravity craft. Thus, China would appear an equally-advanced rival to American military technology and be seen by impressionable countries as an alternative super-power to cozy up to.
Thus, the military and intelligence right wing oppose revealing UFO reality. Welcome to the Byzantine world of Washington politics, where the right of the public to free and well-informed flow of information comes in last.
20. Dr. Michael Wolf has since 1979 served as consultant to the President and the National Security Council on extraterrestrial matters, and a member of the Majestic Twelve (MJ-12), UFO-secrecy management agency's, Special Studies Group, and has been leader of its lead agency, the Alphacom Team. Previously he has served as an Air Force Colonel, pilot, flight surgeon and counter-intelligence officer for the CIA and NSA. He has an M.D. in Neurology, a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics and a D.Sc. in Computer Science. He is not a lightweight. Now dying of untreatable cancer, Dr. Wolf has decided to reveal what he has learned about the visiting extraterrestrial cultures to the world, "because we have a right to know." His book, The Catchers of Heaven (1996) makes many well-informed revelations.
Dr. Wolf states that the most important mission objective of his Alphacom Team is resumption of negotiations with the visiting extraterrestrials. In the 1950s, the U.S. administration entered into treaty terms with the so-called Grey extraterrestrials from the fourth planet of the star system Zeta Reticuli, but these treaties were never ratified as Constitutionally required. The Greys shared certain of their technological advances with military/intelligence scientists, apparently often while prisoner "guests" within secure underground military installations in Nevada and New Mexico. The extraterrestrials have given the U.S. government some of their antigravity craft and a huge amount of fuel [element 115]. On May 1, 1975 during one such technology exchange in Nevada, a demonstration of a small ET antimatter reactor, the lead Grey asked the Colonel in charge of the Delta Forces guarding the ETs to remove all their rifles and bullets from the room, (so that they would not accidentally discharge during the energy emissions.) The guards refused, and in the ensuing commotion a guard opened fire on the Greys. One alien, two scientists and 41 military personnel were killed. One guard was left alive to attest that the ETs apparently used directed mental energy in self-defense to kill the other attacking Delta Forces. Dr. Wolf states that "this incident ended certain exchanges with (the Greys)."
Military/intelligence scientists learned cloning techniques from the extraterrestrials. After perfecting cloning techniques on animals, Dr. Wolf and his associates cloned an artificial-intelligence human being, "J-Type Omega", as part of Project SENTINEL, an effort to create a superbright, superpowerful soldier who would follow orders without fear or question. The J-Type clone was terminated, because he would not follow an order to kill an innocent dog, because Dr. Wolf had surreptitiously programmed ethics into his artificial intelligence.
Wolf notes that the extraterrestrials are not comfortable with the world money and power brokers' need for continuing world industrialization, which they see as headed towards planet-killing. Another of the Alphacom Team's missions is to determine "whether we can use the ETs' technology to restore this planet to its former pristine state of natural balance." The ETs are also concerned about the massive proliferation of nuclear devices into many countries.
Wolf states that other missions of the MJ12SSG's Alphacom Team are: to determine the number and types of ET visitors, the extent of visitation and the reasons, to learn about human interactions with extraterrestrials in the past and currently, the cultures of the various off world visitors, and how we can negotiate with them.
According to Dr. Wolf, several confederations of extraterrestrial civilizations are visiting us in loosely-coordinated fashion. These are: the Alliance (of human-looking ETs from the Altair Aquila system), the Corporate (of Greys from the Zeta Reticuli system), the Federation of Worlds (of unspecified races from many star systems), and the United Races of Orion (cultures from those star systems). Further, the Alliance is in affiliation with the Corporate and with the Federation of Worlds. The United Races of Orion are in affiliation with the Corporate, and, through them, with the Alliance and the Federation of Worlds.
Dr. Wolf told of learning during a high-level briefing in the UK that the Vatican had been applying pressure concerning the possible announcement by President Clinton of UFO visitation. Of specific Vatican concern was "whether he will make reference to the extraterrestrial biological entities' data revealing in detail how religion was created and why." Wolf comments, "Rich organized religions feel threatened by such an announcement."
Perhaps Wolf's most startling revelation is that within the UFO Cover-Up there is a dark, covert renegade organization known as the "Cabal". He describes it as "well-orchestrated conspiratorial bevy of plotters ... top-heavy with the military, and headed by (a Navy Under-Secretary)." The paranoiac Cabal works against, and deliberately undermines, the goals of peaceful negotiations with the extraterrestrial visitors. The Cabal uses Star Wars weapons to shoot down extraterrestrial spacecraft and overcome the ETS by military might.
Wolf concludes by stating, "In all of my preparation as a scientist, nothing ever prepared me for our visitors. We must understand the complexity of the various forces at work on this planet, and yes, on others. Let us not forget multi-dimensionality and space-time distortions, and the spirituality we must regain. I feel I must also mention that spirituality is gaining strength on this planet, this Sol Three. But also is the evil. We have the power to sanction whatever is ...for a better good for mankind."
21. About this same time a civilian Earth representation team was directed to gather at a proposed Landing spot to meet with Extraterrestrial Emissaries, who were about to begin formal contact with the people of Earth. The civilian team members were designated by the ETs.
On March 20, 1997 an initial formal meeting between Star Nations emissaries and members of an Earth representation team was scheduled to take place between 5-7 p.m. at an ancient village site at Wupatki National Monument, Arizona. For privacy and security reasons, the names of the members of the Contact Team are not public at this time. Due to multiple adverse circumstances, the nature of the Meeting was changed, and the completion of its agenda has been temporarily delayed. This memo provides a brief description of difficulties encountered, and of what did take place so far at this preliminary contact.
Several members of the Contact Team were harassed and threatened by persons who did not identify themselves, but were aware of Team member's identities and of the impending Meeting. These harassments included telephoned threats, too-close tailing vehicles, and in one case, forcing the Team member's car off the road, coming up to his car, and warning him not to come to the Meeting. In addition, the Team received several communications that armed intelligence operatives from a rogue organization had staked out the Landing site, and were keeping it under surveillance. Because of these and other difficulties, several Team members were not at the Meeting site. Two armed National Park rangers, including the Monument's Chief Ranger, made a visible presence, standing nearby next to their security vehicles during the Contact Team's vigil, and provided some measure of protection.
The three Team members who were present provide the following report. Following a request from an extraterrestrial communicator, the Meeting site was set out and blessed in accord with Native American spiritual practices. The Contact Team members present stood vigil with initial prayer and meditative attention. All three Team members present had very strong sensations of extraterrestrial presence, but saw no visible figures. Part-way through the vigil, one of the Team members received an extraterrestrial telepathic communication that a visible Landing would be delayed because of security and other reasons, but that a visible manifestation of the Star Nations emissaries' presence was being made to a Minnesota auxiliary group of prayer supporters of the Contact. (Subsequently the Team member phoned that group, who confirmed that at that time they saw a glowing diamond-shaped craft with figures inside.) That Team member was advised by the Star Nations communicator that the visible face-to-face portion of the Meeting was delayed, but will occur soon, and that the Team members should be patient.
During the final portion of the vigil, Team members noticed a glowing orangish object stationary high in the sky, which one Team member at first thought was the planet Mars, but then reflected that this object had not risen gradually but appeared suddenly. The two Park Rangers and another person standing by them in civilian attire also were staring at the glowing object. After a while, the UFO disappeared from the sky.
That same night, one of the Team members received an additional telepathic communication from a Star Nations emissary. She was mentally shown several extraterrestrials poring over physical maps of sections of the Earth's surface. The maps had red lines-of-direction on them. The Team member was told that she was looking at the extraterrestrials' flight plans, and that they were preparing for a massive demonstration of presence by appearing in the skies in great numbers over many parts of the Earth. She was not told the date of this demonstration.
Initiatives from both Earth's civilian population and from the visiting Star Cultures are progressing toward formal public disclosure of UFO reality this year, and the beginning of formal Meetings between Extraterrestrial Emissaries and Earth representation teams this year. We are truly advancing towards our cosmic future.
