From Classified Communications by Erich Aggen: UFO OVER CIA HEADQUARTERS:

In the early morning hours of June 11, 1995, a UFO was observed headed on a flight path that took it near Tysons Corner, over CIA Headquarters at Langley, and down the Potomac River toward Great Falls. Police lines were jammed with calls from numerous witnesses and a special unit of U.S. Army Rangers were deployed by Apache helicopters to provide security for the CIA at Dolly Madison Boulevard.

The UFO was described as being "tube-shaped...sort of like a cigar" with "lots of lights" and a searchlight which shot down from the UFO to the CIA grounds.

The UFO was then gone almost instantly and a second later could be seen heading toward the river. The UFO reportedly stopped to hover near the 20th floor of a hotel in Tysons Corner causing a hotel worker to faint. A couple at Turkey Run said they heard a deafening roar like a jet and felt an intense, momentary blast of high heat as the noise faded in the distance.
