First of all, the [Sheraton] hotel had four conferences going on all at once, which was quite a spectacle as well as a definite energy enhancer. I arrived two days early, at which time the Ireland conference was [in progress] to raise money for Ireland. President Clinton made a guest appearance and gave them a speech. At the same time and throughout the holiday weekend, the Power of Prayer conference was taking place, a few hundred very colorful and decorated holy roller musicians, who attempted to rock the roof off for Jesus. Then there was a group of golfers having their annual conference. A real alphabet soup of diverse energies -- and then there was us, "When Cosmic Cultures Meet," all the way down in the furthest corner of the hotel.
The cast of characters was carefully picked to provide a vast spectrum of viewpoints, attitudes and experiences regarding "when cosmic cultures meet." Nothing earth shattering seemed to happen, but there was a whole load of confirmation and verification. [Organizer Scott Jones] apparently sees this conference as one he hopes they'll never have to do again. At least, those were his closing words. I thought it was very well done. But in some ways, the conference did not live up to its billing. Many expected to see some of the key players in high places within the government, shadow or otherwise, as well as hear more dialogue about "actual" cosmic cultures, not more indoctrination about the grey aliens.
Thank god for Dr. James Hurtak. He was the only one who actually brought a presentation of slides of a variety of ETs, Aliens and Angels that have been experienced within the recent past on our planet -- although he did have a life size prosthetic grey sitting on the podium dressed in a striped shirt and tie (subliminal programming?). His program was also enhanced with music he's composed. That was the finale of the conference, which left on a "high" note, spiritually speaking.
The first speaker, Dennis Rohatyn, Ph.d., a skeptic, put almost everyone in a dark, nasty mood. It was like the whole morning there was a black mist -- everyone was really uptight, snapping, irritable and very cold.
The energies began to lighten up after lunch, when John Mack gave his presentation. He showed film footage from his trip to South Africa, where he interviewed a shaman priest who had been raped by a female alien. Mack described the experience with sincerity and sensitivity. The priest spoke of the 'smell' the alien left behind on him. He said he was out of it for days.
Then Mack showed more [South African] footage of three nine year old girls who all witnessed the landing of a ship. Two grey aliens came out on the field, about 100 yards away from them. They were with their [school] class during the encounter. Their testimonies were incredibly honest, sensitive and real and moved me to tears. They all said, in their own way, that they felt very sad for the greys, that they all felt a kind of telepathy with the greys, and that they were told in their heads that we need to look after the environment. The girls said they felt sad for the greys because they felt they couldn't show love. They said they never saw anything like that before.
[Mexican TV news anchorman] Jaime Maussan's presentation, with actual film footage of space ships and aliens (the preying mantis type) around Mexico City, was the best evidence, and must have made some of the skeptics feel a bit funny. Apparently, Maussan observed that the ships are attracted to crowds, celebrations, racing car events, etc., where many people can see them at the same time. He also had some footage on the ships with the air force and black helicopters very close by. He had some very clear and excellent shots. But his best evidence was the Praying Mantis alien, bopping his head around in a field, a night shot, but still very clear. You can see the Mantis alien's antennae. From a distance, they look like the grey, but their eyes are round and black, and they have two small antennae on the top, similar to "my favorite Martian."
Even though some of the anthropologists were not admitting to belief or acceptance of the UFO thing, they did offer some worthwhile insights into human nature. Among them were James Funaro, the founder of CONTACT, an international, interdisciplinary conference which brings together some of the foremost scientists, writers, and artists to exchange ideas, explore possibilities and stimulate new perspectives about humanity's future. Unlike the negativity of the earlier skeptics, he came across with sincerity and compassion as well as an open mind.
Another highlight was Dr. Elizabet Sahtouris, who is an American Greek geobiologist, futurist and author of "GAIA: The Human Journey from Chaos to Cosmos." She gave an inspiring talk on expanding our world view of other dimensions. She is also a field researcher in Peru and brought a high school student, Puma Singona, who spoke of his experiences in the mountains of Peru and how he was struck by the light. He also shared teachings about the ancient Q'uesa/Inca traditions with the "Star People." Dr. Sahtouris translated for him from time to time. Puma taught himself English, and gave a wonderful presentation.
Towards the end of the long weekend, a bunch of us got together and all agreed that the Prayer Conference's presence helped tremendously to break up the negative energies we started out with it. When the truth came out, some of us admitted to lighting candles, others admitted to drumming, smudging and anointing. Well, it all worked, because the energy definitely shifted. There are certain techniques that seem to be as old as time and sound itself that are available to us, that we can use as a kind of 'cloaking' device to protect us against the forces of darkness. I was really pleased that this was how James Hurtak ended his presentation, which was the finale of the conference. I learned too that he was a consultant to the producers of Star Wars and the Indiana Jones Trilogy. The mantras used in the movies were given by Hurtak. These are real, from the Kaballah. Spiritual Protection is the solution in dealing with unwanted visitors of the night, as well as unwanted excursions in space ships you don't resonate with. This is very much spiritual warfare, and people need to be reintroduced to these ancient techniques that have been camouflaged and hidden within the context of the secret societies and traditional religions.
I was "visited" in my hotel room, in an awakened state. I was there two nights before the conference began, and the first visitation happened on my third night in the hotel, the first night of the conference. I was about to go to sleep, and I saw a 5 foot tall grey. What I did was recite the mantra outloud -- "Kadoish, Kadoish, Kadoish, Adonai Tzebeyoth" -- over and over until I felt a calm and a peace come over me, and he was gone. I was also reading the Psalms out loud. I slept, no problem. The next night, the second night of the conference, I see a preying mantis alien standing right by the bed. I start to recite the mantras again. After about the third or fourth time, I hear a voice in my head, which tells me, "That's enough." I think to myself, that's odd, why would God be telling me that's enough, when the Kadoish literally translates to: "Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord of Hosts." It's praise. Then I realized it wasn't God's voice. I still felt the tension in my room, so I just kept saying the mantras and reading the Psalms outloud, until it finally left. (In case you're wondering, what I saw were visions, not physical beings.)
Hurtak brought out in his presentation an experience someone had in using the holy mantras with these aliens. The aliens said they couldn't stand it on their ships. It's like putting two magnets together on the same side; instead of attracting, they repel. I felt validated. Vibrationally speaking, this is similar to what happens when using these ancient sounds.
I'm relating this because I feel this needs to be the next step for researchers in this field, not only to report what's going on, but to go one step further and begin to educate the experiencers, and even those whose experiences have not yet become apparent consciously, to be equipped when dealing with this all too perplexing dilemma.
