[Sept 28, 1995] -- Mr. Brzinski is a Polish immigrant. He is a family man and has been in this country for about 6 years. For the last year he has worked the night shift in a factory that makes metal clothes hangers. He lives in Wallington, New Jersey only about 15 miles from Newark.
It was on Friday night, August 11, 1995 between 10:00 and 11:00 p.m. that the following incident occurred. The factory was busy as usual, with about 60 to 70 employees on duty. It was a hot, humid summer night and all of the factory doors were open to keep it cooler. Mr. Brzinski was working with the production of wire hangers. His best friend had just driven away from him down an isle with a forklift of product, when Mr. Brzinski heard some very strange sounds only a few feet away from him which caught his attention.
There was a row of metal hangers between himself and where the sound was coming from, which seemed only a few feet away. At first, the row of hangers obscured his view of what was on the other side. The sound was like a fast, choppy, garbled vocal sound. It was like nothing he had ever heard before.
As he looked between the row of hangers, he saw three distinct creatures. "Creatures" was the word he used.
When they realized that he saw them, they seemed surprised, like a human would react. After that, he was either unable to hear them talking or they stopped talking. One was just a few inches taller than the other two, and they were all dressed identically. Later, when Mr. Brzinski went back to work, he measured the hanger rack height in an attempt to figure out how tall these creatures were. He estimated them to be about 4' 5" or 4' 6" tall.
The closest thing he could describe the clothing to be like was similar to a scuba or wet suit, a complete, tight-fitting, flexible, elastic-like suit that even appeared to cover their hands and fingers.
The creatures had 3 fingers on each hand. One appeared to be like a thumb and the other two were longer and located closer together like fingers.
Brzinski stated that the taller one seemed to be instructing or explaining to the other two about something to do with one of the automated coat hanger making machines. They seemed very interested in it for some reason.
It was very dark where they were standing and very difficult to make out any facial features, yet Brzinski said that at one point they were only about 1.5 to 2 feet away from him. He could have even reached out and grabbed one of them, but he didn't.
When they realized that he saw them, the two shorter ones ran away very quickly. He said it was strange -- they walked or ran, but it was like they had trouble running or using their legs, almost like an old person. Yet they moved so quickly he didn't see how they left or where they went. He knew all the factory doors and windows were open that night.
The taller one remained. Again, it was only about a foot and a half from him. It opened its tiny hand, and as it did, the uniform that also covered its hand caught a little bit of the factory light and seemed to have a silver color to it. Up until then it was too dark to know the uniforms were anything but black. When it opened its hand, Brzinski noticed a strange, robotic, mechanical-type sound to its hand and finger movement. As it opened its hand, in the center of its palm was a small ball that seemed to be emitting an extremely bright laser-like light. The laser light beamed out and hit him in the eyes, almost knocking him back a bit with its force. When the light hit his eyes, it stung like needles and hurt his eyes, causing him to close them. When he opened them, the creature was gone.
The entire incident with the creatures only lasted from 30 seconds to about 1 minute in Brzinski's estimation. He knows no one else saw them but him. He doesn't want to tell anyone at work about it or be public about it in any way, fearing ridicule or loss of his job.
I asked him repeatedly, trying to get some details on any facial features, since he was so close to them. Due to his broken English, he had difficulty coming up with the right words to describe what he saw. I asked him, if the creature that beamed the laser at him was so close, how could he not see its face? He said that, not only was the lighting poor, but the creature seemed to have some kind of a one-piece glass covering on its eyes or face, almost like (in his words) a cosmonaut. This prevented him from seeing any facial features. However, when I asked him if this covered its whole face, he had difficulty with just how much of the face was covered and just how to describe this covering on the face.
Brzinski said this was the first time he's ever seen or experienced anything like this. He called the Newark airport to find out if they spotted anything unusual on their radar. However, they just told him to calm down and they would have someone call him back; but no one did. He called the police department, and they just asked him if he had been drinking.
Shortly after my first phone conversation with Mr. Brzinski, I contacted Mr. Tom Briggs, an independent UFO investigator in the Newark, New Jersey area. When I related the case to Mr. Briggs, he was interested and willing to personally interview Brzinski and investigate more about this case. What Mr. Briggs found was that the Brzinski's story was exactly as he had related it to me, and that he appeared to be completely sincere with no reason for fabricating such a story. An interesting new piece of information shared with Tom Briggs by Mr. Brzinski was that after he had reported the encounter that night to the local FAA and the police department, he noticed that for three consecutive days it appeared that he was followed home every morning after work by an unmarked white pick-up truck. Whoever was driving the truck followed him for three days to within one block of his home and then left. He felt that someone was interested in him because of his reported encounter.
Brzinski says he has always enjoyed science fiction and is a big fan of the "Sightings" television program and others like it, but he never expected to see something like this. He said he was not on any kind of medication, wasn't drinking and is a healthy man. He stated that he and his son once rented a video about the Roswell crash incident. He'd forgotten the name of it, but said that the creatures he saw were dressed just like and looked just like the creatures he saw on this video.
When asked if there were anything ISCNI could do to help further, Brzinski just said that he was concerned. He said he had no idea that these creatures could come into places like this; and that if they could penetrate like this at will, they could be a danger to the American people. In his opinion, the American people need to know about this.
