NEW JERSEY CROP CIRCLE IMAGES POSTED ON WEB

A formation of three crop circles appeared in a farmer's oat field in Lawrence Township, New Jersey, according to local news sources on July 9, 1997. Several pictures of the formation have since been posted on the web.

One large circle, about 100 yards across, appeared in the center of Paul Bryan's 15-acre field. To the sides of the circle, two straight lines point to two smaller circles.

Ignoring the various theories put forth by crop circle enthusiasts, Bryan called the circles nothing but graffiti made by kids. Whoever or whatever made the crop circles, they cost him a lot of money becuse he will have to buy cattle feed to replace the smashed oats, Bryan said.

Local researcher Mark Passio went to the site and took pictures which are now posted at his web site, http://www.op.net/~rhochar/cropcircle.html

Mark invites comment by email. He can be reached at rhochar@op.net.
