When asked what Mr. Johnson's first name was, I got no answer and hung up on. I contacted Mr. Johnson and attempted to get some information and was told to contact him tomorrow. I also asked Mr. Johnson what his first name is and was hung up on. Sheesh! What gives? Your guess is as good as mine, but I had the strange feeling that I was dealing with the Department of Social Services with all the formality and lack of first names. .
