Thanx for the info on Unsolved
Mysteries. They've had several
stories on ufo's (i.e. Gulf
Breeze, abductions, Mars faces,
etc.) There's a new syndicated
show on too (I came in on the
last half hour last night, so I
don't know the title) dealing
with the paranormal. One aspect
is Ufo's, though the show is
pretty sensationalistic (renminds
me of Ufo Coverup Live)
    Later....Keenan

I'm not out of Ufology, but have become co sysop of a large
multi-user sig in Cleveland, Ohio. If you want to visit,
call 216-3683888 and log on as a visitor and go and type
"go ufo." You can see what is going on. There are a multi-
tude of people that can sign on and its FREE!!!!!!
Anyways, I have a case we are looking into and wonder if
anyone out there has any files on it or has heard of it.
During WW II a turret gunner on a B-24 told that he had just
completed bombing a German factory when hhe spotted what
looked like a large (football field sized) rectangular
mirror in the sky above them - they were at 12,000 feet. He
thought it was a reflection off his glass but others in his
and other planes also reported it. When they were
briefed after the mission, they reported it to Army
Intelligence. They later heard that a total of 5 photo
reconnaisance planes had been sent out to check it out -
tthe first 4 never returned but the 5th did. They never
heard any more about it and to this day have no idea of
what transpired. We are looking for a similar case in
files. We are also trying to get with the witness so that
we can do a FOIA request based on the year, flight group,
etc.
Best,

Beg your pardon... that is just your interpretation. ANY device that is
created for security features is thoroughly tested PRIOR to being used
(computer, financial security systems, military, WHATEVER). However, if you
wish to get very technical, some programers HAVE left deliberate holes in their
software in order to insure that they still have a job. (I believe that there
was an incident in the United Kingdom in regards to this. The guy lost his job,
the company thrived with his software, and so he activated a worm and destroyed
the data base). Subject dropped.
