Mr Zoran Ivanisevic, went in the night in his backyard and noticed an unusual, soundless object in the morning sky. It was at low elevation in the eastern sky and it was very bright white color with a red light on the left hand side. He returned inside to fetch his wife and video camera. He filmed the object. After some five minutes, during which the object was stationary, they went inside. Upon going out again, he found the object was no longer visible although clouds were moving in at the time, according to him. The video clip, which appeared on national television, initially showed the bright white light then follows a second segment showing it as an almost round object with a hole in the center and two "bites" out of the top and bottom. The witnesses did not report seeing both the UFO and planet Venus which was brightness magnitude -4.6 at that time, low down in the eastern sky. UFORA representative John Jensen interviewed the witness and viewed the video tape. After discussions with John, we believe that there are no details inconsistent with the object being the planet Venus. He is the first person I've met who knows about the Lear-Cooper-Grace axis of UFO scenarios, and he related a disturbing story. His parents both worked at various Air Force bases and supposedly confirmed, to him, that there were live aliens at at least one location. He asked his father if he had ever seen them: "Did you ever see these aliens?" "Nope. Didn't want to." "Why?" "I saw the guys when they came back from looking at them." "What was wrong with them?" "They were weird...it changed them." My informant also claims that there are upwards of >10,000< active and retired military personnel digging underground living space in the Four Corners area. I find this very disturbing, as I have all sorts of fringe science and Native American prophetic material which lists the F-C area as one of the few areas to be safe during titanic geophysical changes postulated for the near future. What does the military know about this that we don't? Hard to say. This same informant gave me a 25-page transcript of a document named: _The Secret Government: The Origin, Identity, and Purpose of MJ-12_, written by one Milton William Cooper. In several years of Cooperology, each document I have seen is more and more comprehensive, as if 1) he's getting better at integrating larger and larger amounts of actually unrelated facts into a paranoid tapestry of profound proportions, or 2) he's releasing more and more details about what he really knows. My colleague suggests that Cooper may now be acting as a kind of clearing house for those with information to divulge but not willing to go public themselves. This could account for the ever-widening circles of conspiracy. Of course, if this is the case, we must expect some disinformation to be passed on as well... The one exception to this story-enhancement is the Sedona tape I saw recently. The videotape contains some new material, but it went light on the grisly details so appealing to adrenaline addicts and paranoids (like me...). The Secret Government document, however, is the most detailed exposition yet. It is also written at a higher level than some of the other documents. It has more names and dates and referenced NSA directives and cross-referencing. I will summarize its points below. Unfortunately I don't have soft copy, and the dot-matrix hard copy is about fourth-generation. If I get the motivation I may type it in; I am also going to see if an OCR machine will read it. Onward. 1. Between 1-1947 and 12-1952 at least 16 crashed saucers, 65 alien bodies, and one live alien were recovered, 13 from the USA. 2. The two crashed saucers at Aztec, NM, on 2-13-43 and 3-25-48 contained human body parts. UFO information which was merely classified Top Secret was reassigned to a higher security level than had previously ever existed. 3. The CIA and NSC were formed to deal with the alien threat. 4. Cooper cites various NSC memos as authorizing this and that project. 5. Secretary of Defense James Forrestal wants to take the story to the public, and is hospitalized and later murdered by the CIA. 6. The live alien collected in the Roswell crash in 1949 was EBE. He lived with the US government for several years and provided the material in the "Yellow Book". (But on the videotape Cooper says that EBE was rounded up after the Aztec, or another, crash, not the Roswell incident.) 7. The NSA was created in 1952 to contact the Greys. EBE was ill and the government appealed to the Greys for help in treating him. The NSA also maintains communications with secret underground bases on Earth, the Moon, and Mars. The NSA is exempt from all laws not specifically naming it in the text of the law itself. It receives 75 percent of the monies allocated to intelligence operations. 8. Truman informed our allies of our interaction with aliens. An international oversight group was set up to coordinate a planetary reponse to the alien appearance; this was the "Bilderburger" group based in Geneva. It eventually grew in power and scope to govern the world. "The United Nations was then, and is now, an international joke." 9. During the Eisenhower administration, Nelson Rockefeller and others reorganized the government to use the alien invasion as a means of securing their own power over America and, by implication, the rest of the world. The 40-year Cold War was a PR ploy; we have been allies with the Soviet Union all along, and the appropriations for the military through this period have mostly gone for alien-related projects. 10. In 1953 the Greys arrived in large spaceships. At roughly the same time the Nordics showed up in their own spacecraft to warn us against the Greys. They offered to help us out, if we agreed to dismantle and destroy our atomic weapons. They refused to share their technology with us, citing that we were unable to handle the technology we then posessed. The US refused to disable its atomic weapons, so the deal was off. (Huh? Would it have not been obvious to the government that atomic bombs were now rendered obsolete? Or was the fact that the Nordics had asked us to trash them enough to make the paranoids conclude that the Nordics - and perhaps the Greys, then - were fearful of atomic weapons?) 11. In 1954 the Greys landed at Holloman AFB. (Elsewhere the date is given as April 1964.) A second meeting, with President Eisenhower, took place at Edwards AFB shortly afterward. A treaty was signed which established obligations on both sides. (In the videotape, Cooper says that this story is told, more or less, in Close Encounters of the Third Kind.) 12. The alien ambassador was named His Omnipotent Highness Krlll. Cynical government operatives referred to him as "Original Hostage Krill". 13. The treaty is described, with no new information. Construction of alien and human-alien underground bases began, but progress was slow until 1957, after which "large amounts of money" became available. 14. Cooper decribes a number of NSA and CIA projects by name. No new data. 15. A secret fund, administered by the Military Office of the White House, disbursed funds to build "over 75" deep underground military bases. The President knew of only a few; the rest were operated by the paragovernment steadily growing around the nucleus of the NSA. 16. Cooper names congressmen involved in the 1957 fund-raising efforts. 17. Cooper spends several pages detailing the consolidation of political power in the hands of US and international bankers and industrialists. Basically, he has interwoven the John Birch society's scenario of control by the Council on Foreign (Alien) Relations, the Trilateral Comission (who allegedly use the Alien flag as their symbol), and the Bilderburgers, into the saga of the Greys From Interstellar Hell. He does, to his credit as a reporter or as a storyteller, cite many NSC documents and directives, and he provides a long list of names comprising the first edition of what we know as MJ-12. There were 37 members. 18. During the first MJ-12 sessions, several conclusions were rendered. First, that the public would go berserk if news of the aliens got out. (No shit, Sherlock) Second, that the aliens were using humans and animals as raw materials for research and "horrible genetic experiments". Cooper: "The aliens explained these actions as necessary to their survival. They stated that their genetic structure had deteriorated and that they were no longer able to reproduce. They stated that if they were unable to improve their genetic structure that they would soon cease to exist. We looked upon their explanations with extreme suspicion." When this was understood, MJ-12 decided to continue superficially friendly relations while covertly pushing for a technological solution to challenge them militarily. 19. Two weapons systems were proposed. Project Joshua developed an infrasound system pirated from the Germans at the end of WWII. It was then capable of shattering 4" steel plate at two miles. This was finished but never used. The other was the Excalibur project, which tried to build a missle which would burrow through 1000 feet of rock and then explode. The Excalibur project was kept on the back burner until relatively recently, when interest picked up again, resulting in "an unprecedented effort" to build it. 20. Cooper now describes the Secret Space Program. It is a depressing story. Basically, this section integrates the Alternative 3 material into the libretto. It starts with an NSA investigation into the Fatima prophecies, which were thought to be a case of alien manipulation. The prophecy says: - The AntiChrist begins his false religion and crusade in 1992 - He is recognized as evil in 1995 - World War III begins in the mideast in 1995 - Nuclear holocaust in 1999 - By 2003 most life on Earth is wiped out - In 2011 Christ returns The aliens confirmed that this was true (whatever that means). "They explained that they had created us through hybridization and had manipulated the human race through religion, satanism, witchcraft, magic, and the occult. They further explained that they were capable of time travel and the events would indeed come to pass. The aliens showed a hologram which they claimed was the actual crucifixion. We did not know whether to believe them or not. Later exploitation of alien technology by the United States and Soviet Union utilizing time travel confirmed the prophecy." (Needless to say, introducing time travel complicates things by an order of magnitude...having "time travel" seems to imply that one could go back into the past and rectify problems, or even shuttle entire populations backward in time to avoid Armageddon. This has to be the weakest part of the story. Of course, the "time travel" alluded to might only be the ability to view previous or future events. In any event, a monolithic linear time track seems less and less adequate as a model of quantum mechanical behavior, and is directly contradicted by the Many-Worlds theory.) Cooper muses, "Were they using our GENUINE religions to manipulate us? Or, were they indeed the source of our religions, with which they had been manipulating us all along? Or, was this the beginning scenario of the genuine END TIMES and the RETURN OF CHRIST predicted in the Bible?" Cooper never tells us his take on this, and the discussion is so ambiguously worded that you can't tell, from reading it, what he really thinks of it all. But he invokes Christ as his Lord and Savior in his conclusion, so perhaps he's met his personal foxhole. 20. Cooper then alludes to a "1957" symposium which predicted that the biosphere would collapse in 2000, or shortly thereafter, "WITHOUT ANY HELP FROM GOD OR THE ALIENS". The Secret Government panicked and asked MJ-12 what to do. The results were the Alternative 3 story, which is well enough known to pass by. Cooper does state that some of the book "Alternative 003" is disinformation - as much as 30 percent. 21. Next, George Bush was recruited to import drugs. He used his Zapata Oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico as drop points for fishing boats loaded with various substances. The Secret Government needed vast amounts of money and decided to turn the US into a nation of drug addicts to finance the Alien War. 22. President Kennedy was not in on the coverup, and when he discovered that the CIA was importing drugs, and that the aliens were here, decided to stop the drug importation and also to publically announce the presence of the Greys. The CIA killed him before either plan could be carried out. Kennedy was killed by the driver of his car. When you see the film, watch the driver of the car, not Kennedy. While the Secret Service agent standing outside the car holds the wheel, the driver, William Greer, pulls his gun, turns, and shoots Kennedy in the head. Jackie clearly looks from Kennedy to Greer in horror, then tries to climb out of the car backward, away from Greer, while staring at him. (On the videotape, Cooper goes into great detail about how the body was handled and its brain swapped for another). 23. Cooper has seen photographs of clouds and open water on the Moon. There are areas where plants can grow, and men can survive on the lunar surface with oxygen tanks. 24. The Dulce Altercation took place in 1969. 66 humans were killed. For two years human cooperation with aliens stopped, but they were reconciled, and the alliance continues today. 25. The Secret Government decided that Nixon would not survive an impeachment trial, and that the chances of having their operations uncovered were too great, so they demanded that he resign. When he refused, they staged a military coup. Cooper personally saw a top secret message from the Joint Chiefs to commanders of US forces throughout the world. This message instructed the commanders to ignore orders from the White House. Nixon capitulated five days later. 26. The Secret Government is releasing snippets of data, like the Gumby and Levi's 501 commercial bits, and supports "faction" (as opposed to "fiction") movies like ET and CE3K. 27. The SG has created hordes of drug addicts and encouraged them to become armed gangs. Drugs and hypnosis are used to create psycho-killers. All this is to create an atmosphere of fear and hatred. The ultimate goal is the destruction of social order and the confiscation of firearms. 28. The SG will announce that a terrorist group has smuggled an atomic bomb into the USA and is planning to detonate it. The Constitution will be suspended and Martial Law declared. All dissidents and anybody who makes the slightest resistance will be taken or killed. All media, communications, and computer nets will be nationalized. The entire operation was rehersed by the government in the REX 84 military exercise and went off as planned. (The REX84 plan also calls for issuing National Guard weapons to "instant militias" made up of locals deputized to enslave their neighbors.) "You will live in slavery for the reminder of your life." 29. Cooper comments about Moore, Shandera, Friedman, and Klass. 30. Cooper makes some summarizing comments, then states that he has sent 536 copies of his indictment to all members of Congress. He received two replies, both courtesy letters stating that his brief was being passed to his own representatives for handling. 31. Cooper says, "The conclusions are unescapable." He then lists some numbered points, which seem to be alternative explanations, but he does not explicitly say that they are alternatives; but they could not all be true simultaneously. 1) The SG believes that the Earth is doomed and that their actions are the only way to save any part of the human race. 2) We are being (have been) manipulated into a total or partial enslavement of the human race. 3) Something else, which we do not understand as yet, is happening. Cooper closes by exhorting everybody to wake up and smell the Aliens. We have not kept proper watch on our government. The Jews knew what was coming under Hitler, but they refused to believe it and were marched off to the camps. Hitler was manipulated by aliens. Cooper invokes, God, Christ, and the Constitution, then signs off. (Another informant, long familiar with conspiracy theories and covert operations, met Bill Cooper. For one thing, seems to me that P&F announced "We got Cold Fusion", whereas the Japanese merely announced, "We got an interesting anomaly." Also, the settings were quite different - a press conference vs. a relatively quiet announcement in a refereed (?) journal. "Sociology of Modern Science" is a study I recommend be undertaken post haste. Another project I think would be very interesting would be a study of the psychology of organized skepticism. Having travelled in skeptical circles, there's something of an underpinning there that I just can't quite put my finger on. Not fear, exactly, though some would have it that way... I could be wrong but it seems to me there have been cases of things like copywrite infringement where material was ordered destroyed. There certainly have been plenty of cases of counterfeit goods being ordered destroyed. I've seen Venus at its wildest, and yes, it looks eerie, but nothing I'd drag my video camera out for. I'm not trained in astronomy, either. But I've interviewed enough people to know that, yes, they DO make that mistake quite often. Did the witness make any insistence that he was seeing a craft or add other spurious details?
