I know we have had some enormous problems with our mail feed so I guess you did not receive any of the previous messages. It is strange I can get mail to some areas and not to others. Anyway the images were great and thanks for doing them. You made a not so good photo look a hell of a lot better. I will copy the Today articles for you and mail them to you within the next few days. Would you be interested scanning some 1990 and a few 1991 colour photos of pictograms etc. I have a few photos of this years on print but most or on slide which I may get transfered. Thanks again Mike and just to be sure you get this I will cross-post this to ParaNet as I am pretty sure I can get mail to that. Be in touch + +Hi Robert, + I'm wondering if you got the GIFs of your pictures I sent a couple +weeks ago now. I also sent him a reaction, as he asked at the end of his post. That's in German, too, but briefly it says that the whole thing is highly suspect and players in the Pleidian story aren't to be trusted. Hmmm, maybe I'd better think about putting my comments into English so folks don't think I subscribe to this stuff... Ordinarily I relish an opportunity to brush up on my German -- but maybe I better dust off my Brechtian "Distancing Devices" if I plan to continue? :-) With you 100% in your comments. Fields' I'll be travelling to Indiana this week & wonder if anyone has information on UFO sightings there? I've heard there have been sightings at a place called Lucky Point & at Corydon, IN. As well as other locations in the state. At Lucky Point & at Corydon there were sightings of a triangular-shaped craft that hovered. Does anyone have any information on these sightings or on the other locations? I understand Michael White has done some shows on UFOs seen locally. Has anyone seen these? I'll be in Bloomington, IN, & would like to go to some nearby locations. I leave this Thurs. afternoon to stay a few days. And will be going back around Christmas. Thanks for any help. Janet F. jlfields@crdec7.apgea.army.mil -------------------------------------------------------------------- From: ncar!UNHH.UNH.EDU!K_MACARTHUR1 Subject: timeshifting as a cause of various phenomena... Date: 7 Oct 91 23:13:02 GMT From: K_MACARTHUR1@UNHH.UNH.EDU In response to Clarke Mathews posting; If time was being manipulated on a localized volume of space to achieve certain effects (bending light, overcoming inertia, etc.), then the rest of the environment feels those effects. In the invisibility example, to bend light rays from behind an object around it, the light has to encounter intense gravit- ational fields. If the light does indeed bend, then the gravity gradient is somewhat like what you would see near a black hole, and the craft would only be invisible for the fraction of a second it took to collapse the earth into its general location. If the timeshifting was truly localized, and nothing outside of a certain volume was affected, I would think that everything within that volume would be hidden from view, like an event horizon or something. I agree that nobody is expert on this sort of thing (that I know of, anyway), so I may be just speculating about fiction. If the timeshifting wasn't within a sharp boundary, but a gradual area effect, you could think of the strange things you might see coming from it. Visible light emitted would shift up into and beyond the blue end of the spectrum if the figures inside the area sped up, and may even shift as far as x and gamma rays if the rate was fast enough. Conversely, if the field was being used to slow down the time passing inside, any light emitted would sink beyond the infrared, making the field appear as a cold, black region. Beings inside would need to protect against the opposite effects from this side. If they slow down relative to us, we are glowing in the higher frequencies (microwave,x,gamma). And if they radiate, we look like cold sub-infra red backround (when they speed up with respect to us). If such a thing were possible, I can't speculate how its effects would not be felt in the surrounding environment. That doesn't mean it wouldn't, only that more data needs to be found. Anyone with a more solid understanding of space-time physics care to comment? +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Korac MacArthur UNH Cosmic Ray Research Programmer/Technician/Questioner of Authority +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ -------------------------------------------------------------------- From: Sheldon.Wernikoff@p0.f605.n104.z1.FIDONET.ORG (Sheldon Wernikoff) Subject: Implants Date: 8 Oct 91 05:04:00 GMT Thanks for the most generous offer Keith, but I believe David Webb is going to mail me a copy of Pritchard's Treat II paper. On October 27th on BBC2 the program Equinox will be shown on the subject of Crop Circles. This includes a good overview of the 1991 formations etc. and includes interviews with CCCS researchers. As of today it is scheduled to happen but who knows. Pat D and Colin A were due to be on the Wogan show and that got cancelled about a week before. I think the Equinox program was filmed well before the D+D saga so I don't expect to here anything about that. To recap its at 7pm on 27th October 1991 on BBC2. Lets hope it happens. As I say, attempts at investigation Warren's story have already been made, and have come up empty-handed. This can be confirmed with Ben Jamieson, a mathematician who has been following this story for years. In any case, I don't think he should be ignored, just kept on the back burner until we have a more opportune moment...say, if a grant from the FUND should ever afford us a chance to delve into this thing in more detail. Until then, I think we should concentrate our limited resources on that part of the story that is most likely to yield results at the present. One of the things that's alarming is how much credibility these claims can have overseas. Bell's claims clearly made quite an impression on Andre in Germany. And I recall a similar interest in Cooper's claims from the folks in Australia -- and let's not forget the people who went AWOL from Germany to go to Gulf Breeze. > Curiously, in the book _The Fellowship_ > by Brad Steiger (one of the WORST books I've ever read, > BTW) which is written largely about Fred Bell, he is > described as a Chiropractor who used to walk around with a > pyramid on his head. Hehehe. Sounds pretty flaky. Maybe he needs an adjustment??? :-) Did you know that Bell's namesake, Alexander Graham Bell, used to mediate inside a copper pyramid in his home in Nova Scotia? He had a secretary take notes of his visions -- and the notes remain sealed to this day. The Bell family still lives in the house there, but it was open to the public for many years (now closed), and the copper pyramid was there for all to see.
