GiDay all, I just attended a lecture given by Colin Andrews on crop circles
etc. He told us the following.

Last week before getting on the plane to fly to Sydney (Aust) he received a
phone call from one of his associates who is involved in a SETI contact
programme, which they have been rehearsing for some years. On the 13th of March
this year. 33 Seti team members set up their equipment on a beach at Gulf
breeze, this consisted 3 Cameras, and computer driven lasers. At 11:59 (AM / Pm
was not specified) they turned on their equipment and traced a triangle with
the laser in the sky repeatedly, after a period not specified,five (5) ufo's
appeared and took up formation on the triangle. The laser was then directed at
a single ufo and pulsed at different frequencies, all five ufo's responded by
pulsing/flashing the frequencies in return. the laser was then traced in an arc
from the triangle down to the beach, in an invitation for them to follow it
down to the beach, two craft then detached themselves from the formation and
came down to the researchers location, hovering directly above them. The height
of these craft was not given,but they said that they could easily distinguish
features of the craft. The two craft then both emmitted intense golden light
and disappeared. All three cameras recorded the event.
The following Tuesday, a CBS news team were in the area for another reason,and
members from the SETI team approached them, to film a repeat experiment. This
following experiment was also a success, with a number of craft appearing,which
were filmed by the CBS crew.
Colin said that this film is to be released in the USA this week (ie 4/5/92 to
4/11/92). He also said the he and the Seti team will repeat their experiments
in the UK at an area frequented by crop circles and aerial activity, within the
next few months. He would not say exactly which area or when, to prevent the
MEDIA FIASCO which occured during his BlackBird surveillance.

Some of you may rember a message I posted a year ago, suggesting the lights be
set up to show patterns at night (in hind sight it seems un-original) but at
least it seems that someone has finally done it.

On another subject, he also showed us a slide of the last photo sent back from
the Russian Phobos probe before it ceased operation. This photo is definately
odd. It showed four (4) distinct objects. A straight white line, like a meteor
trace but very bright whith an abrupt end. Above this a large white blotch also
very bright with no features, similar to one of Billy Meier's beam ships on its
side. (only similar I dont claim it was a beam ship) to the right of these were
two blurry objects, possibly the cratered surface and a ridge on phobos,they
had a poor quality about their resolution similar to the photos sent back by
the early planetry probes.
