Alien Probes Visiting the Earth??

When I was a small boy I remember watching a UFO documentry on Channel 2's Creature Feature. The documentry was called "The Outerspace Connection" and was made by Alan Landsburg in 1975. The documentry, hosted by Rod Serling, spoke of a possible probe which had visited out star system and reflected our transmissions back to us. Amazingly enough, this was the last time I ever heard about this particular theory. Now thanks to the Internet I present to you that theory.

The message below was "translated" by Duncan Lunan, an amateur astronomer from Scotland, and is reported to have come from a Bracewell Probe (see below) currently active in our Solar System. Is this a real message? Or fanciful hypothesis...

    OUR HOME IS EPSILON BOOTIS.
    WHICH IS A DOUBLE STAR.
    WE LIVE ON THE 6th PLANET OF 7 - CHECK THAT, 6th OF 7 -
    COUNTING OUTWARDS FROM THE SUN
    WHICH IS THE LARGER OF THE TWO.
    OUR 6th PLANET HAS ONE MOON,
    OUR 4th PLANET HAS THREE,
    OUR FIRST AND THIRD PLANETS EACH HAVE ONE.
    OUR PROBE IS IN THE ORBIT OF YOUR MOON
    THIS UPDATES THE POSITION OF ARCTURUS SHOWN ON OUR MAPS.
