CLYDE LEWIS (GROUND ZERO RADIO) ATTEMPTS AND SUCCEEEDS IN REACHING ANOTHER AUDIENCE, THE DEAD LIVE ON THE AIR!
EDISON-ENIGMA-1.jpgThe Anomalies Network recently received a press release from Ground Zero Media promoting a unique on the air experiment.  The historic event involved talk show host Clyde Lewis (Ground Zero Radio / KUFO) using a modified transistor radio and the KUFO Transmitter to perform an Experiment that was once tried by inventor Thomas Edison to contact voices from beyond our realm.  The experiment was designed to broadcast of a barrage frequency Loop which was to climax on Ground Zero's show at 11:59 PM on KUFO FM October 31st / Halloween when this frequency barrage was broadcast live over the air and that is when things got interesting.

As planned the frequency barrage was broadcast at precisely midnight, the time in which it is believed the veil between earth and the spirit world is thinnest. This is a time of day when many people have found that using "white noise" is effective in producing EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena ). EVP is allegedly the sounds made by ghosts that want to communicate with the living.  As the radio started to cycle and words began to emerge the Ground Zero team started to report temperature shifts as the studio went from extremely hot, at one point forcing the host to remove his jacket, to extremely cold but that's not where the show ended. As the experiment continued electrical failures started to occur as batteries failed and the computers at the station began to have power issues culminating in what is believed to be the world's first live over the air EVP. A EVP which registered not only internally to the station and was detecting on their equipment but as far away Wyoming where a station was simulcasting the event and was witnessed by almost a dozen guests as well as technicians on site in the studio.

clyderailyard.jpgAs the show progressed callers into the show reported a wide range of after effects ranging from ghostly manifestations to equipment malfunctions and everything in between.  One caller who was using his bongo drums in conjunction with the experiment, a practice widely used to create a vibrational state which is conducive to ghost contact, even produced an unexplained banging on his telephone line while he attempted to call in.  In our case I clearly heard the words "Clyde" and a few minutes later "insane" amongst the results of the frequency shifting but thankfully no other manifestations at least for us.

In many ways this was a awesome experiment in the use of frequency shifting to produce EVP's, but the result was a one of a kind event which resulted in the first over the air, LIVE, EVP in the history of broadcasting.  But you shouldn't be suprised, this par for the course.  Previously on Ground Zero, while being broadcast from KBER in Salt Lake City and during another Halloween special Clyde Lewis attempted to have a guest channel a spirit which resulted in a full body manifestation!  For more information about that event we point you to Clyde Lewis's article about the event "Dead Air" amongst his other fascinating articles.

It was an amazing event and we continue to monitor the story as it evolves.  In fact there are now rumors that the GZ team has recorded video of the entire event.  So it will be interesting to see what is on the video!  If that rumor is indeed true that will be an amazing piece of documentation about ghosts, EVP, and apparently a manifestation in a room full of witnesses.  We are also working to get a copy of the EVP.

Ground Zero has a long track record with these kinds of experiments on air, so we here at the Anomalies Network are always excited to see what is next.

Keep it up Ground Zero!

NOTE: Ground Zero (Hosted by Clyde Lewis) is aired live every Sunday @ 10pm to 12am on KUFO and you can find out more about Clyde Lewis and Ground Zero please visit his site at http://www.groundzeromedia.org/.
