Hello, My name is Len , and I live in Northwestern Pa. Back in May of 1999, My wife and I were returning home from Dayton , Ohio. We had just attended a large gathering of HAM RADIO enthusiasts from around the world. My wife loves to take a lot of photos , So while we were on the interstate traveling East , my wife was snapping photos while I was driving about 75mph. WELL... About 11miles East of Dayton , we seemed to have caught a STRANGE RING in the sky! Now being the amateur scientist that I am , this photo intrigued me. I am highly trained in weather anomalies ( I am a member of SKYWARN Stormchase Teams). I am also registered with the National Weather Service in Cleveland , Ohio. So far there has been NO ONE , NOT ONE person either with weather experience or anomalies of other types that can tell me what this is! Shortly after this photo was taken , the area around Northeast Ohio was being swamped with UFO reports. ( I am this areas UFO investigator )... SO NOW I Am Really Intrigued! But as of this date , With all of my research , all of my contacts , I am not any closer to finding out what this is, then I was in 1999... Now my theory is That this photo just may be a Dimensional or Interdimensional Portal....A DOORWAY IN TIME....But what I don't know is, Was it MAN MADE or was it ET Generated... But here is the image, more to come...The Truth Is Out There
